Return Policy

Returns with Darling Diana Boutique LLC are easy!   All returns must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of the delivery date that you received your item!

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not reimbursed. Return shipping costs are currently not paid by Darling Diana Boutique LLC.  The customer is responsible for all returned merchandise shipping fees as well as the shipping fees for your future purchase.

Store Credit

All returned merchandise is for STORE CREDIT ONLY and does not include original shipping costs. 

All returns must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of the delivery date provided by the Post Office with original tags still attached. 

Items that appear worn or washed, have stains, smell like cigarette smoke,  any perfume, deodorant, have deodorant stains or other odors,  or have been damaged by you, it will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or INCORRECT SIZING. Scissor or knife damage from opening your box or envelope will not be accepted either. Please open your package with care.

If your return does not meet the above guidelines or is not postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date posted by the post office, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay any additional shipping costs to send the new merchandise back to you. Thank you for understanding our policies!

Sizing

Please make sure your size is correct!  Darling Diana Boutique LLC is not responsible for incorrect sizing.  We provide the necessary charting.  Please be advised of it and check your size and measurements.  If we tell our customers it is true to size, then it is.  If we state, it runs big, then it will be of a larger size.  

Double check your size as you will be responsible for return shipping as well as shipping cost to re-send the new merchandise.

Defective Merchandise

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at  support@darlingdiana.com or it cannot be returned - No Exceptions. A photo of the defect must be included in your email.

Darling Diana Boutique LLC will ship out the new item once we receive your return. 

If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our Darling Diana Boutique LLC, it will not be accepted. Our Shipping department personally inspects each item before it leaves our site.  We will not accept any items that have been torn, ripped, or came apart at the seam while trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect and we can not accept it for exchange or store credit. So please be careful when you open your package!

   

Final Sale Merchandise

Merchandise listed in the Clearance section of our website is Final Sale, and may not be returned for any reason.

We, on occasion, will have a "Final Sale" or "Clearance Merchandise" section, when we do, this policy applies.  

Accessories

Jewelry, Ball Caps, Purses, Gloves, Candles, Cosmetics & Scarves are not returnable.
